A sapele cabinet made to house a client’s much cherished collection of vinyl. This piece has overtones of mid-century design with its slender top and clean lines, while the rebated pink edge adds a contemporary feel. The cabinet also has a Zimbabwean proverb laser-etched into the top, featured in a song by Talib Kweli, a favourite artist of the client. It reads:
‘If you can talk you can sing, if you can walk you can dance.’
