‘Ripple’ Candle holder

The ‘Ripple’ luxury candle holder is a unique centrepiece for your dining table, handmade from solid wenge and maple timber.

The shape of the dark wenge timber takes its form from the curves found in traditional cabriole chair legs, and is part of Bertram’s ‘zero waste woodworking‘ ethos. It is in fact an off-cut from creating the legs of this Mother of Pearl coffee table. The wood was sculpted from the raw timber by hand and lovingly sanded to ensure the finished surface is as smooth and tactile as possible.

These curves are coupled with a brutalist block form – the maple section that holds the candles.
